Everything an importer or overseas buyer needs to know — from production time to delivery in your city.

The Decolife factory is in Golestan, near the Inche Borun crossing to Turkmenistan — the shortest overland route from Iran to Central Asia.

Production time

25–35 working days after the deposit. Every order is made to order in the fabric and colour you choose.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and CMR road waybill.

EXW — Ex works, factory: The USD prices on this site are EXW. You arrange transport, or we book a trusted carrier for you.
DAP — Delivered at your city: We deliver to your warehouse or address; import clearance and duties at destination are paid by the buyer. Freight is shown separately on the proforma.
DDP — Delivered duty paid: Available for Iraq through our partner clearing agents, on request.

Currency: US dollars or UAE dirhams.
Schedule: 50% deposit to start production, 50% before loading.
Method: Bank transfer to our UAE company account or payment in person at the Dubai office; letters of credit for dealers by agreement.

Homeowners: No minimum — from one set, shipped as consolidated (groupage) cargo.
Dealers & projects: Dealer pricing from one mixed 40′ HC container (about 8–12 sets) — any mix of models.

Export packing: Five-ply cartons, foam corner guards and stretch wrap; wooden crates on request. Every package is labelled with model and piece number.
Warranty: 2 years on frame and foam. Claims handled by photo/video; replacement parts or fabric travel with your next shipment.

Times are approximate and depend on season, border and clearance. Final terms are stated on your proforma invoice.
